Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unused, unworn and in its original condition
Returned with any original packaging, tags and accessories

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Allrise is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Restocking Fee

A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for each item returned, including defective items, except where prohibited by law.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. A $5.00 restocking fee applies to each exchanged item. Additional shipping charges may apply when the replacement item is sent.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue.

After the item is returned and inspected, we will either:

Send a replacement at no additional product cost, subject to availability; or
Issue a refund to the original payment method

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, and the $5.00 restocking fee will apply except where prohibited by law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable $5.00 restocking fee and any nonrefundable shipping charges. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
